At MidtfynsTurridning we have Icelandic horses. They are amiable and suitable for both small and tall riders, experienced or inexperienced. We ride in the open landscape and through the beautiful forest.
We can encounter a wild deer, pheasants, hares, buzzards, kites, herons and maybe even get a glimpse of the cute black squirrel. The tempo on the trips will be arranged in accordance with your experience and ambition to try different paces.
Horse riding for everyone!
Even if your experience with horses is minimal you are more than welcome to participate. As long as you have the ambition and excitement you will fit in very well.
Our trips will take place in a lovely landscape west of Ringe. Here we will be able to pass by manors like Boltinggård, Nordskov and Rynkebygård and tread through places such as Findinge, Boltinge and Bolteskov.
The Icelandic Horse
The Icelandic horse goes all the way back to the Vikings when they first settled upon Iceland 1100 years ago. There haven’t been transported any Icelandic horses to Iceland ever since.
